Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused items in their original condition. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened seasonal or holiday items
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable”
  • Used or damaged products

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Complete the online return form available in your account section
  2. Package items securely using original packaging materials
  3. Include the completed return authorization form
  4. Affix the prepaid return label to the package
  5. Drop off at designated carrier locations

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. A deduction will be made from your refund for original shipping charges for non-defective returns.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Holiday Returns
Special extended return periods may apply during holiday seasons. Please check our website for specific holiday return deadlines and policies.

Gift Returns
Gift items may be returned for store credit. The store credit will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified.

Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days may be subject to restocking fees or may be refused at our discretion.
